Digital Collaboration Studio

The Digital Collaboration Studio offers a number of technology tools to best serve your needs in our space. Including headsets, adapters, A/V cables, and chargers, these are available for any UMKC faculty, staff, and students working within the Digital Collaboration Studio or Digital Collaboration Forum.

• Equipment from the DCS is available to those with a valid UMKC ID.
• All items will be checked out for a maximum of 3 hours.
• All items are allowed to be renewed one time, if there is no one else in need of the item.
• All items are available for in-library use only and must be returned to the DCS service desk prior to studio closure for the day.
• If items are missing, patrons must return them before it is checked-in from their account (incurring any corresponding late fees as necessary). 
• If items are damaged, patrons will be charged the full replacement cost of the equipment.
  • Some items have a high replacement cost, due to the market price and availability of the type of equipment.
