The publisher of Mergent Online, one of our company research resources, has chosen to sunset the database during the summer of 2025. Despite that slightly unsettling news, I am happy to say that we already have a replacement for access: Mergent Market Atlas. After several meetings with the vendor, it was clear that Mergent Market Atlas would bundle everything students and faculty need and love about Mergent Online while offering a more user-friendly interface.
Both the legacy Mergent Online and the new Mergent Market Atlas are available from our databases list right now. You may continue to use Mergent Online until it is discontinued in June or July of next year. In the meantime, feel free to test and use Mergent Market Atlas to adjust to the minor differences.
