    KC Care Health Center

    KC Care Health Center offers treatment (including telehealth visits) for illness, injury, and infection to help you get well and stay well. They provide care to all, with or without insurance. ☎ 816-753-5144

    KS KanCare (Medicaid)

    The Division of Health Care Finance (DHCF) is responsible for purchasing health services for children, pregnant women, people with disabilities, the aged, and the elderly through the Medicaid program, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and the state-funded MediKan program.

    MO HealthNet (Medicaid)

    Missouri's Medicaid program is called MO HealthNet. MO HealthNet covers qualified medical expenses for individuals who meet certain eligibility requirements. Eligible individuals receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the Family Support Division identifying them as eligible for certain medical care services. Family support services such as child support and food assistance also are listed.
