Begin with the company website, but the report may not be complete and the 10K may not be displayed. For recent online annual reports and SEC filings:
Mergent Online Annual reports back at least 7-10 years
Proquest Annual Reports Available in ABI/Inform Complete (some back as far as 1980s). How to find: Enter company name under Advanced Search; under "More Search Options" set "Document Type to "Annual Report."
SEC EDGAR 10Ks and all other required SEC filings for public companies back to 1994 for most companies.
A limited number of older Annual Reports are in microfiche throughout the UM System. Sets are mainly companies on the NYSE and AMES but do not include every company. To locate these items, search "SEC file" in the catalog.
