Select "Read Online" for immediate access to the text on your current device while connected to the Internet.
Downloading an eBook is similar to checking out a physical book: the downloaded file (PDF or EPUB) will be available on a device for a limited time before it is "returned" to the library. This is useful if you will need to read the eBook without internet access.
You need a (free) EBSCO account to download an eBook. Look for "EBSCO Sign In" at the top of the page to sign in or create account.
For eBooks formatted as EPUB files, you will need to install Adobe Digital Editions, which is free. This allows you to borrow and read eBooks in EPUB formats (recommended for mobile devices).
