For data produced by you:

This data cannot be copyrighted. A particular expression of the data may be copyrighted, however. Examples of an expression that could be copyrighted include graphs, tables, and other visualizations of the data.

This data can be licensed. A license can limit the way in which data can be used (for example, not allowing commercial use, requiring attribution, etc.).
For data produced by others and used by you:

You may or may not have rights to share the data, depending upon if/how the data was licensed by the data producer. Terms of access to the data must be followed.
