Using Endnote Desktop edition 20

Essential functions: search, collect, add PDFs, Cite While You Write, modify citations and references

What does Endnote do?

Endnote saves a list of references (called a library) from databases, library catalogs, or entered manually. Endnote works with MS Word to automatically create in-text citations and the bibliography while you write a paper. It automatically formats them in whatever style you need and can change the format instantly, saving you a good deal of time. Within the library, you can attach and annotate PDFs of the articles listed for easy access.

The UMKC Information Services  Department purchases a site license to Endnote an makes it available for faculty and staff members. There is a discount price for students to purchase the software. The price in 2021 is $115. 00.
