LAW 8764 Administrative Law

This libguide is to serve as an aid for locating resources on administrative law

Students in this class will learn about relevant statutory sources of law, identify the theories of authority for administrative agencies and administrative law, including the doctrine of delegation of powers and the underlying concepts of the area such as investigations and privacy, rules and rulemaking, the right to be heard, rules relating to evidentiary hearings and decisions, and judicial review of agency action.

The casebook for this class is Administrative Law : A Casebook, 8th Edition by Schwartz, Corrada, and Brown.
