The UMKC Health Sciences Library is here to help you get the most of the resources we provide to you. We have videos on how to perform searches, ASK A LIBRARIAN help if you get stuck in one of our databases, and telephone or email (UMKC-HSLREF@UMKC.EDU) access if you just need to have someone talk you down! At any time, if you think of something that could help your fellow classmates that we don't provide, please feel free to drop me an email and let me know.
You also have available to you the resources at the Miller Nichols Library. They have group study rooms available for your use, the Information Commons with 30 workstations and librarians there to answer your questions, and study spaces throughout the library, with the entire fourth floor being a quiet study area.
Technical support for computer-related issues is available through information services. The Call Center is located at 4825 Troost, Room 102. Their phone number is 816.235.2000. Hours of operation for both walk-in and telephone support are 7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, closed sat/sunday.
