Resources for Elementary School Students

1)  Toxmystery  and Toxtown-- These interactive sites from the National Library of Medicine explores dangers in the home http://toxmystery.nlm.nih.gov and in other environments such as the farm, the city, ports and along the US/Mexican border  http://toxtown.nlm.nih.gov/

Changing the Face of Medicine

 This web page is inspired by the National Library of Medicine/American Library Association traveling exhibit -- Changing the Face of Medicine. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/changingthefaceofmedicine/

 

The exhibit, sponsored by the academic medical libraries of the University of Kansas Medical Center,  Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, and the University of Missouri-Kansas City will be in Kansas City on October 3- November 11, 2009.
