Scholarship

Google Scholar Google scholar provides an amalgamated search of online sites including the Law Commons and SSRN for articles by legal academics. It is often, but not always, the best starting point.

Law Commons | Digital Commons Network  The Law Commons at the Digital Commons Network offers working papers, pre-prints and published materials from scholars and professionals at law schools around the world.  Papers can be viewed by subject.

SSRN   Social Science Research Network (SSRN) is devoted to the rapid worldwide dissemination of social science research and is composed of a number of specialized research networks in each of the social sciences.  The SSRN eLibrary consists of two parts: an Abstract Database containing abstracts on over 495,300 scholarly working papers and forthcoming papers and an Electronic Paper Collection currently containing over 403,500 downloadable full text documents in Adobe Acrobat pdf format.
