Using My Bookbag
Use your Bookbag to view, print, email, export or request multiple items at once. At any point in searching you can click the blue "Add to Bookbag" button to copy records to your Bookbag.
Be careful because your Bookbag is not saved to your library account and if you close the window or let it sit idle for more than 15 minutes, your Bookbag will be emptied.
When you choose the blue "View your Bookbag" button, you have two options: Export Saved, or Multiple Requests.
Export Saved:

Select what you want to do with the information in the "Send List To" section:
- Email yourself a list: select the radio button next to E-Mail, and enter your email address and a subject that will stand out to you
- View or print the records: choose "Screen," which displays a sample of what the
records will look like and print,
- Save the list as a Text (*.txt) file to your computer or a flash drive by selecting "Local Disk"
In order to decide which format you prefer, you may have to experiment with the different types. Full display will give you the most information in the most readable format, whereas brief display is similar, but with less information. Pro-Cite and End-Note/RefWorks are designed to work with specific software, and MARC is the traditional staff view of a library record.
Multiple Requests:
Placing requests for holds on more than one item at a time:
- If you have not already logged in, you will be prompted to do so when you select "Multiple Requests."
- Choose a pickup location
- Either select "Request All" or select the materials you would like to request
- Click "Request Selected."
You should get a confirmation message letting you know that the request was successful.
